Please note that while we ask that you allow up to 15 business days for delivery, most products arrive much sooner.

At checkout, you can choose the Free Shipping option (ships within 7-15 business days) or the Express Option (ships within 5-7 business days) for an additional $29 per item.

All products are shipped by DHL. Orders in areas not served by DHL will be dispatched by an alternative express air carrier (UPS or TNT). Orders under $100 can be sent by EMS.

We do not offer returns, but all products are backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product malfunctions (excluding obvious physical abuse of the product), we will repair or replace your item as necessary for up to one year from the date of purchase.

We also back our products for a lifetime. If at any time after the warranty period your product fails or requires repair, please contact us and we will service you free of charge.
